Mr. Lambert, a shareholder in Baker Donelson's New Orleans office, co-chairs the Firm’s Business Litigation Practice Group and concentrates his practice in the area of complex commercial litigation. In addition to an active civil trial and appellate practice, including all aspects of complex litigation and class action practice in courts across Baker Donelson’s footprint and beyond, Mr. Lambert also handles appellate matters in state intermediate appellate courts, before the Louisiana Supreme Court, and in the intermediate federal courts of appeal.
Mr. Lambert works with domestic and international concerns in various industries, including aggregates, manufacturing, chemicals, energy, technology and information management, telecommunications, hospitality, financial, professional, and construction interests, including legal and accountant malpractice.

Mr. Lambert is a member of the American Bar Association's Section of Litigation, where he has served as a Council Member and currently sits on the Book Publishing Board. He is also a member of the Louisiana State and U.S. Fifth Circuit Bar Associations and the Bar Associations of the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern, Middle and Western Districts of Louisiana.
