Career
In 2021 Kendrah was named on The Lawyer’s Hot 100 Lawyers and she is instructed on one of The Lawyer’s Top 20 Cases of 2020 (PIFSS v Al Rajaan & others).
Kendrah’s commercial practice encompasses advising on all aspects of civil fraud, corporate and business disputes and breach of contract claims. Many of her cases have an international aspect and she is fluent in French and Spanish.
Kendrah’s sports law work includes advising on match-fixing charges, disciplinary matters, contract disputes, anti-doping rule violations, selection disputes, governance and corruption. She is recognised as an expert in sports law and is regularly instructed on the most high profile disputes in this area. She was counsel to the UCI’s Cycling Independent Reform Commission and was the lead lawyer on sports integrity for the London Olympic Games.
Kendrah joined 4 New Square after working as a solicitor for eleven years. She spent eight years at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer advising on commercial litigation (often multi-jurisdictional disputes). She was then Partner and Head of Litigation at Onside Law before joining Mishcon de Reya. She takes a commercial and client-friendly approach to litigation and, after many years as a solicitor, she has an excellent understanding of the demands on clients.
Kendrah regularly sits as an arbitrator and is a qualified mediator.
