For almost fifteen years, Kelli's legal practice has centered on helping clients navigate their toughest legal issues. She has a breadth of experience with all stages of the appellate process and in a wide array of subject matters, from arbitration and bankruptcy to bet-the-company commercial litigation. She has led appeals in both state and federal courts, including in the U.S. Supreme Court. And as a passionate oral advocate, Kelli has had the great pleasure of presenting arguments at the state and federal appellate levels.
Prior to joining Tillotson Johnson & Patton in 2022, Kelli was a member of the appellate group of Haynes & Boone LLP, where she worked with and learned from some of the most distinguished appellate lawyers in Texas. After graduating law school, she clerked for the Honorable Catharina Haynes on the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals. She graduated with high honors from the University of Texas School of Law, where she was named a Chancellor (top 16 students) and a member of the Order of Coif.
