With more than fifteen years of appellate experience, Kelli's legal practice is centered on helping clients navigate their toughest legal issues. She has experience at every phase of litigation and is particularly adept at handling high-stakes appeals in a variety of subject matters, including commercial litigation, oil and gas, labor and employment, health care, and bankruptcy. She has led appeals in both state and federal courts, including in the U.S. Supreme Court. A seasoned oral advocate, Kelli has regularly appeared in both state and federal courts, where she is known for clear, strategic advocacy and a command of complex legal issues.
Kelli serves as senior counsel for Norton Rose Fulbright, where she helps clients navigate complex legal disputes in courts across the country. Prior to joining the firm in 2026, she was counsel at Tillotson Johnson & Patton and, before that, a member of the appellate group of Haynes & Boone LLP. After graduating law school, she clerked for the Honorable Catharina Haynes on the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals. She graduated with high honors from the University of Texas School of Law, where she was named a Chancellor (top 16 students) and member of the Order of Coif.
