Kelley Galica Peck is a Principal in Cummings & Lockwood's Private Clients Group and Principal-in-Charge of the West Hartford office. Kelley focuses her practice on estate and trust planning and administration, as well as complex fiduciary-related litigation. Kelley works extensively with individuals and families to plan for the management, protection, and transfer of wealth, with an emphasis on achieving goals and minimizing the impact of estate and gift taxes. She assists owners of closely-held businesses with the difficult issues of planning for successful succession of the business. She handles planning for protection and preservation of assets, complex charitable gift planning, tax advocacy and appeals and estate, gift and fiduciary income tax return preparation and review. Kelley regularly represents individual and professional fiduciaries and beneficiaries in contested probate court proceedings. She is a Fellow of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel and holds both a Juris Doctorate (JD) and the Master of Laws Degree (LLM) in the area of Estate Planning.
