Kelley Galica Peck is a Principal in Cummings & Lockwood's Private Clients Group and is based in the West Hartford, Connecticut office. Kelley focuses her practice in the areas of estate and trust planning and probate law. Kelley has significant experience working with individuals and families to plan for the management, protection, and transfer of wealth, including succession planning for owners of closely-held businesses. She handles complex charitable gift planning, estate planning for nontraditional families, planning for protection and preservation of assets, and estate, gift and income tax return preparation and review. Kelley also represents individual and professional fiduciaries and beneficiaries in probate courts. She received her LL.M. in Estate Planning from Western New England University School of Law, her J.D. from Western New England University School of Law and her B.S. in Political Science from Florida Southern College. She is admitted to the Connecticut bar and the United States Tax Court. She is a Fellow of The American College of Trust and Estate Counsel, a member of the Connecticut Bar Association and a member of the Estate and Business Planning Council of Hartford.
