Career
Keith is a seasoned litigator experienced in a broad range of complex commercial disputes including: business torts, legal malpractice, litigation involving directors and officers, and health care litigation. He has served as lead counsel in the defense of numerous class actions. Keith also has significant experience in election-related matters and litigation of disputes under Arizona’s public records statute. Keith is recognized by Chambers, Best Lawyers©, and Southwest Super Lawyers: Arizona’s Top 50 Lawyers© for his litigation work.
