Career

Gabe Aragon represents clients in complex commercial litigation and business disputes, with particular experience in business torts, trade secret misappropriation, unfair competition, business divorces, cannabis-related litigation, and employment matters. He advises and advocates for companies of all sizes, government entities, and individuals, serving both plaintiffs and defendants across a range of industries and venues. Because of his extensive courtroom and complex business dispute work, he also advises clients on pre-litigation strategies and resolution efforts.
