Kecia Reynolds

Kecia Reynolds is a partner in the Intellectual Property practice and leader of the ITC Section 337 Investigations practice, based in the Washington, D.C. office. Kecia is an experienced first chair trial lawyer who has, over the past 20 years, litigated more than 50 cases before the International Trade Commission (ITC), bringing her clients a strong track record of victories.

In the ITC, Kecia represents both American and foreign companies as complainants and respondents in cases involving patent and trademark infringement, trade secret misappropriation, and unfair competition in various technical fields, including consumer electronics, networking equipment, semiconductors, medical devices, pharmaceuticals, and chemical materials. She also represents clients before Customs in disputes involving the ITC’s exclusion orders and redesigned products.

From 2007-2012, Kecia served at the ITC as a Senior Investigative Staff Attorney for the Office of Unfair Import Investigations, where she was trial counsel on behalf of the U.S. government. She is a registered patent attorney and practices before the Patent Trial and Appeal Board (PTAB) as well as in district court and before the Federal Circuit.
