Katrin Hanschitz, partner at KNOETZL, is a highly experienced and trusted first-chair litigator in major international and Austrian cases with a strong background in M&A and finance transactions. She has successfully resolved high-stakes litigation for predominantly multi-national clients in M&A and corporate disputes, class actions, financing and international trade disputes and data protection cases as well as disputes in the construction/real estate, large industry, energy, online trade/media and life science sector. She routinely works as co-counsel with top-tier global law firms in Europe, Asia and the Americas.
