Katja Kuck

Dr Katja Kuck advises national and international clients on healthcare law, with a particular focus on regulatory and contractual matters within the pharmaceutical, medical device and pharmacy sectors. She has extensive experience of healthcare reimbursement and of conducting contractual negotiations under SGB V and XI, as well as of resolving related disputes. She regularly advises hospitals, clinics, and medical care centres (MVZs) on complex regulatory and economic challenges. Dr Kuck also heads GÖRG’s Hospital Desk.
