■ Ufenau Capital Partners on a strategic partnership in the auditing company PKF WMS. The aim of the transaction is to expand the consulting network in Germany and other countries together with PKF WMS.
■ Ningbo Huaxiang Electronic Co. Ltd. (NBHX) on the sale of NBHX Trim Europe, a leader in high-quality interior vehicle trim, to private equity firm Mutares.
■ Turkish bank Yapı Kredi on the acquisition of German private bank Bankhaus J. Faisst. With the acquisition of the bank, Yapı Kredi is entering the German banking market and the banking business with private and corporate customers in Germany.
■ Lilium Aerospace: The Bavarian air cab start-up Lilium has filed an application for the initiation of insolvency proceedings under self-administration for its subsidiaries Lilium GmbH and Lilium eAircraft GmbH with the competent district court in Weilheim. The experienced GÖRG insolvency and restructuring experts Prof Dr Gerrit Hölzle and Dr Thorsten Bieg were appointed to the management board to support the management.
■ SIGNA Real Estate Management: After the German subsidiary of Austrian company Signa Prime Selection filed for insolvency in November 2023, the competent court appointed GÖRG partner Prof Dr Torsten Martini as insolvency administrator. Signa Real Estate Management develops and manages numerous prestigious real estate projects for the SIGNA Group throughout Germany.
■ ESPRIT on the sale of significant intellectual property rights to Deichmann as part of Esprit's ongoing self-administration insolvency proceedings. The sale to Deichmann enables the shoe retailer to continue the renowned Esprit brand in its own product range.
