Asko advises clients on strategic matters related to competition law, public procurement, and regulatory compliance. With over 25 years of broad-based experience, he is a highly regarded expert in competition law, particularly in merger control and antitrust investigations.

Asko is known for his ability to guide clients through a wide range of competition law issues, including merger control proceedings, cartel and abuse of dominance investigations, related litigation, and restrictive practices, and to develop effective compliance and risk management strategies.

His expertise further extends to foreign direct investment control (FDI), state aid and EU Foreign Subsidies Regulation (FSR), and the drafting and negotiation of commercial agreements. He is also a seasoned advisor in public procurement matters, regularly assisting clients with complex procurement and related appeal procedures.
