Katie O’Sullivan represents business clients in a wide range of complex litigation in trial and appellate courts across the country. At the trial court level, Katie represents clients facing consumer class actions and in other high-stakes matters, from trade secrets to government investigations and the defense of False Claims Act/whistleblower claims.
