Career

Katherine Staton serves large and small aviation and corporate clients and companies in Texas and nationally. She has a unique legal, financial, and practical background—she is a CPA and brings unique experience in identifying, analyzing, and addressing financial issues and misconduct, and helping clients buy and sell aircraft. She also assists the in-house legal teams of Fortune 500 clients as well as religious entities in navigating abuse and sexual misconduct claims.

Katherine has developed particular experience in aviation. She is a private pilot, owned an aircraft, and she completed an aircraft engine course to better understand her clients’ operations and case issues. This diverse background gives Katherine an advantage in understanding complex litigation issues, assisting clients with buying and selling aircraft, and helping clients with strategic decisions and challenging legal issues.
