Katherine has a background in complex real estate development work, specialising in “cradle to grave” schemes that take many years to assemble and build out. She deals with city centre and greenfield/brownfield sites, including industrial and logistics, office, film studios and mixed-use schemes. She has a strong focus on sustainability.

She is an empathetic problem-solver, who takes a proactive and decisive approach to real estate developments. Putting commercial objectives first, she takes time to develop a big picture view of the priorities and concerns of clients and other stakeholders.

Recognising the importance of tact and diplomacy in real estate developments, Katherine has a track record in maintaining solid relationships with all project stakeholders, including developers, investors and the wider project team. She has an ability to put her clients in strong negotiating positions, while recognising the importance of compromise where necessary.

Katherine frequently leads and coordinates large advisory teams, involving multiple teams within Forsters as well as other professional advisers and consultants.
