Katharina Wodarz

Katharina advises clients across the full spectrum of healthcare law. She regularly represents pharmaceutical firms, medical laboratories, hospitals, a variety of other healthcare service providers, and public authorities regarding regulatory implementation of transactions, accreditation and reimbursement matters, especially in relation to social security law. She represents service providers in official and court proceedings, in particular before administrative and social courts. In compliance matters, she advises on regulatory support in investigative proceedings against healthcare providers.

Universität Würzburg, Dr. iur. (2001). Before joining Raue in 2019 she worked with McDermott Will and Emery (2016-2018), Hengeler Mueller (2003-2016) and Slaughter and May (2006-2007).
