Career

Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München (Dr. iur.). Prior to co-founding Raue in 2010, Andreas Nelle was partner (since 2002) and co-head of the European Private Equity practice of a leading US global law firm and (since 1995) an associate with Germany's largest corporate law firm. Prior to this, he was a consultant with the Boston Consulting Group.

German Institution of Arbitration (DIS), International Bar Association, German-American Lawyers' Association, Harvard Club of Berlin.

Publications

Andreas Nelle has published books and articles on corporate law, finance and on mediation. He teaches corporate law as an adjunct professor at Humboldt-University.
