Dr Katharina Gollan is an associated partner in POELLATH’s Private Clients practice in Berlin. Her clients include major foundations and non-profit organisations in Germany and abroad. She advises on the full spectrum of foundation and non-profit matters, ranging from the establishment of foundations and the structuring of charitable projects to asset management and disputes involving governing bodies. She is recognised as a leading practitioner in this field. A further focus of her practice is succession planning. As a member of the German Bar Association’s Legislative Committee on Inheritance Law, she serves as rapporteur on the reform of German foundation law.
