Kate also has experience in drafting and negotiating pre-nuptial and post-nuptial agreements, and has considerable experience in international cases with multi-jurisdictional issues.
Kate regularly advises in cases involving children matters including parental arrangements, parental responsibility, schooling, matters in which there are safeguarding issues and relocation.
Kate encourages, wherever possible, negotiated and agreed solutions that focus on minimising conflict and consider the needs of the whole family, in particular, the best interests of children. Kate focuses on the strategic issues in each case to help parties find workable long term solutions that help them to move forward with their lives.
