Kasia has over 18 years’ experience in Labour law. Previously, she a Partner and Head of HR Law Department in Deloitte Legal in Poland. Before she was a partner of Raczkowski law firm and Head of Remuneration in Financial Sector practice.

Kasia specializes in HR law in its broadest sense. She advises employers on all aspects of human resources in an organisation. She conducts ongoing advisory and litigation services in the area of labour law, supports employers in trade union relations, restructuring and acquisitions. She is a strong believer in the paperless concept in HR areas. She advises employers from highly regulated sectors (banks, brokerage houses, TFIs, insurers, and listed companies) on remuneration policies and on relations with risk-takers and senior managers. She advises supervisory boards on relations with management board members.

Kasia graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Warsaw in 2006 and completed her legal adviser training in 2011. She is also a graduate of Paris Assass University in 2012. (Diplôme supérieur d'université de Droit international privé).

Kasia works in Polish, English and French.

She cooperates with several professional organizations (Polish Banks Association, Chamber of Brokerage Houses, and the Polish Association of Listed Companies). She is the author of numerous publications in industry magazines and journalism (Rzeczpospolita, Dziennik Gazeta Prawna, and Monitor Prawa Pracy).

Kasia was ranked in the Legal500 in 2023 both individually as Leading Individual and together with HR Law Team of Deloitte Legal Poland in employment law practice.
