People & Law is a boutique law firm, specializing in People & Culture law. Founded in March 2024 in Warsaw by two highly experienced partners — Iwona Jaroszewska-Ignatowska (formerly a partner at Raczkowski since 2017) and Katarzyna Sarek-Sadurska (formerly a partner and Head of Employment Practice at Deloitte Legal) — the firm is already making significant strides in the legal landscape.

Both founding partners have been consistently recognized in international rankings.

People & Law offers comprehensive, ongoing legal counsel in HR and People & Culture law, covering a wide range of areas, including:

In June 2024, just three months after its launch, People & Law expanded its expertise with the addition of Michał Wodnicki (previously a partner and Head of the Personal Taxes Department at Crido), who now leads the personal taxes and social security practice.

The firm comprises a team of nine seasoned lawyers with extensive experience advising international and leading Polish companies on employment law matters, gained at top law firms in Poland. The team is particularly known for its expertise in sectors such as banking and finance, insurance, media, IT, manufacturing, retail, and life sciences.

In addition to its core services, People & Law offers specialized support in "soft HR" through business trainer Iwona Bobrowska-Budny and Compensation and Benefits expert Paweł Szabelewski, one of Poland's top specialists in the field. Both professionals collaborate with the firm as Of Counsels.
