Karolos-Filippos Gavriiloglou is a Greek-qualified attorney admitted to practice before the Greek courts, with a strong focus on commercial, financial, and shipping law. He also advises on selected family law and private client matters.
Karolos regularly acts for both private and publicly listed corporations, as well as financial institutions, across a broad spectrum of complex commercial and maritime matters. His experience includes advising on shipping transactions, shareholders’ agreements, ship management arrangements, and a wide range of commercial contracts, many of which involve cross-border elements and require close coordination with international counsel.
His practice further encompasses general corporate law matters, including the structuring and establishment of both domestic and offshore entities, as well as ongoing corporate governance matters.
In parallel with his transactional and advisory work, Karolos maintains an active litigation practice, representing clients in commercial and civil disputes before the Greek courts.
