Karl’s practice focuses on private M&A, particularly private equity and venture capital. He regularly advises private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies on M&A-related matters and provides general corporate advice. He also advises founders and entrepreneurs on exits. Alongside his transactional work, Karl offers strategic counsel on a variety of corporate matters, including incentive programs and ownership issues.
