Björn Kristiansson is specialised within public M&A, stock market law, corporate governance and company law. He is also Executive Director of the Swedish Corporate Governance Board, responsible for the Swedish Corporate Governance Code, the Swedish Takeover Rules as well as other self-regulation on the Swedish stock market. Björn has an extensive transaction experience of inter alia public takeover offers, capital raisings and initial public offerings, and chairs a number of AGMs.
