Agnieszka Piasecka is an advocate and counsel in the labour law practice at PwC Legal Żelaźnicki sp.k. in Poland, with nearly ten years of experience in HR law advisory for employers. She specialises in individual and collective labour law, non-employee arrangements, litigation and immigration matters, advising Polish and foreign companies and organizations across various sectors, including IT, industrial, luxury goods, and shared service center industries.

She provides day-to-day legal support to clients on all employment matters, and supports them in strategic projects, e.g. establishing and expanding their operations in Poland, TUPE transfers, and individual and group layoffs. She guides clients through the changes in HR law in Poland, currently focusing on reclassification of the employment contracts, legalization of employment, remuneration systems, and discrimination and equal treatment.

Prior to joining, she was a lawyer cooperating with Raczkowski law firm.

Agnieszka is a co-author of numerous articles in leading publications and practical commentaries on labour law.
