Justine Young Gottshall is regarded as a privacy law pioneer who helped create paradigms used widely today. She has deep experience as outside privacy counsel and serving as outside Chief Privacy Officer (CPO). She is the creator of CPO on DemandTM, an offering allowing clients to access privacy professionals without the commitment of an internal team. She counsels clients on a wide range of privacy, data security, technology, information governance, consumer protection, data management and digital marketing and online advertising issues. She creates privacy compliance programs and counsels on privacy by design. Her clients value her experience driven, practical advice and her ability to work closely with legal, business and technology teams. Justine holds a J.D. from Stanford Law School and a BA from the University of Michigan.
