Justin advises high-net-worth individuals and families and has particular experience in succession planning for individuals with interests in closely held businesses. He represents closely held business owners, executives, and families in crafting and implementing sophisticated wealth transfer plans.
Justin counsels clients on complex matters involving estate and gift taxes as well as general business issues involving family and closely held businesses. He has experience with matters involving charitable trusts, foundations, nonprofits, and other philanthropic organizations.
A contributor to two highly regarded resources for private client practitioners, Justin is the author of recent supplements and revisions to the three-volume treatise Estate Planning and Drafting and writes supplements and revisions to Hunter’s Pennsylvania Orphans’ Court Commonplace Book.
