Justice’s practice focuses on commercial, business and real estate litigation as well as employment investigations and bankruptcy matters.
He has a broad range of trial and appellate experience in state and federal court. Justice advises and trains clients on business and employment matters and is a thought leader on topics relating to generative AI and its applications in the legal profession.
Justice currently sits on the Multnomah Bar Association Board of Directors and the Executive Committee for the Oregon State Bar—Litigation Section. He received his juris doctorate from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock, William H. Bowen School of Law, holds an MBA from Alaska Pacific University and holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of Alaska Anchorage.
