She has more than 20 years of legal experience with socio-environmental matters, focusing on a wide range of subjects, including Private Social Investment, business and human rights, and ESG strategy, offering clients guidance to minimize the risk of litigation and enhance their reputation.

Juliana also works with corporate governance and several projects involving legal due diligence with broad ESG and human rights scope. She supports companies to meet ESG oversight expectations and mandates of regulators, institutional investors and markets.
