Judith Feldner specializes in representing clients in merger control and antitrust proceedings before the European Commission and the Austrian competition authorities. She also represents clients in investment control proceedings. A central part of her practice involves compliance training for businesses and advising on compliance programs.
In addition, Judith Feldner is a member of the Austrian chapter of Transparency International, called “Whistleblowing.”
Judith Feldner studied law at the University of Graz and the Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona.
After graduating, she worked as an assistant at the Institute for European Law at the University of Graz. In 2023, Judith Feldner was the only Austrian to be ranked among the “40 under 40” worldwide in the investment control category by the Global Competition Review.
