Dr. Jana Eichmeyer heads the Employment Law and Dispute Resolution practice groups. She advises and represents clients in contentious proceedings, settlement discussions, and in all aspects of labor and social security law. Her expertise is particularly sought after in restructuring measures, executive employment contracts, works constitution matters, and all issues of employment and civil litigation.
She also advises clients during due diligence and transfers of business. She regularly lectures on civil and employment law topics, including at the Vienna University of Economics and Business Administration, and has authored numerous publications on employment law.
Jana Eichmeyer studied at the Faculty of Law of the University of Vienna and European Business Law at the Danube University Krems (LL.M.). After working for several years in a notary’s office, Jana Eichmeyer was a member of the employment law and litigation team of another prestigious Viennese law firm for seven years.
