He specializes in Tax, Customs and Foreign Exchange matters, leading the defense strategy for cases related with relevant claims filed by the Argentine Revenue Service and the Customs Authority. He also advices in Transfer Pricing matters.

Juan Marcos is a lawyer graduated from the Law and Social Sciences School of Universidad de Tucumán. He is a Tax Specialist (Universidad de Buenos Aires) and a Doctor of Law graduated from Universidad Austral.

He is also a Professor of Tax Law at the Universidad de Buenos Aires (UBA) and the Academic Coordinator of the Transfer Pricing Program for Latin America (Universidad Austral). Juan Marcos is an active member of the Argentine Fiscal Association, and is author and co-author of various publications related to tax and customs matters.
