Juan advises on all aspects of insolvency and restructuring, including court-approved restructuring plans, acquisitions of distressed assets, and directors’ liability claims. He has extensive experience in the negotiation and homologation of refinancing agreements, purchase and recovery of NPL portfolios, and M&A transactions in pre-insolvency and insolvency contexts. His clients include listed companies, financial institutions, investment funds and large corporate groups.
Juan is a partner (since 2020) in Pérez-Llorca’s Restructuring and Insolvency practice. Prior to joining the firm, he was Counsel at a prestigious international law firm.
