Juan Larrouy

Juan Larrouy is a partner at Dentons Rattagan Arocena, with more than 30 years of experience in employment and labor law. He is the head of the local Employment and Labor practice since the Firm’s foundation in 2005, and co-leads Dentons’ Employment and Labor regional group for Latin America and the Caribbean, encompassing 39 offices across 29 countries.

He is an expert labor lawyer with deep knowledge of the Argentine and international landscape, who focuses his practice on all aspects of employment and social security as well as complex litigation. As such, he advises local and international clients on all aspects of employment and social security law, including HR matters, compensation and benefits, executive compensation, immigration, collective bargaining agreements, and workforce restructuring. Juan regularly advises on employment-related issues in national and cross-border M&A transactions, leading the employment team efforts. He represents clients in both individual and collective matters as part of his support in complex employment litigation and dispute resolution.
