Prior to joining Baraona Fischer & Cía. as a partner in 2016, he served as a senior associate at Carey and gained experience as a foreign associate at Cleary Gottlieb. Mr. Ortega played a pivotal role in the establishment of Fischer y Cía. in January 2021, where he currently serves as partner.
