Juan Carlos González is a lawyer with more than 27 years of experience, specializing in banking, commercial, real estate, and dispute resolution law in the Dominican Republic. He currently heads the Litigation and Capital Markets Divisions at Legal Frame, González – Senra & Consultants.

His practice focuses on litigation, banking, civil, commercial, real estate, and family law. He has substantial experience advising institutions on complex financial and real estate transactions, as well as on day-to-day legal operations. He is well-versed in civil, commercial, and labour litigation, and also handles debt recovery and restructuring, with or without collateral.

Before joining Legal Frame, Juan Carlos spent over 12 years as an associate lawyer at Melo, Martínez & Contín Abogados, where he focused on real estate, financial, corporate, and litigation matters.

Juan Carlos graduated cum laude from PUCMM in 1998 and obtained a Master’s degree in Business Law and Economic Legislation from the same institution in 2001. In 2025, he completed his Master’s degree in Corporate Social Responsibility, offered jointly by PUCMM and the Polytechnic University of Valencia.

He is a Certified Associate in Money Laundering Prevention (AMCLA) through Florida International University and FIBA, and an active member of the Dominican Republic Bar Association (CARD).
