Joshua Stolberg

Joshua has specialised in housing law since qualifying as a solicitor in 2015. He joined Weightmans in September 2021.

Joshua primarily deals with housing management issues for social landlords including claims for possession, applications for anti-social behaviour injunctions and committals, and succession disputes. He also acts for private landlords providing advice and representation on bringing claims for possession under section 8 and section 21, and defending claims for alleged breach of deposit rules and disrepair.

Joshua regularly appears in the County Court in respect of all types of housing management disputes but mainly in possession and injunction matters. At his previous firm, he delivered the housing possession court duty scheme for unrepresented defendants at seven courts in the north west of England.
