For more than 35 years, Joe has represented international and national general contractors, construction managers, design-builders, and public and private owners across all facets of the construction industry.

Joe represents clients across the country and world in relation to large and mega projects, including travel infrastructure such as aviation development & expansions, highway redevelopment & expansion, bridges, dams, tunnels, and pipelines. Of late, a majority of his work has been data center construction across the country. Joe also has extensive experience with stadiums, gold and copper mines, gas-powered electric power plants, nuclear power plants, wastewater treatment plants, industrial manufacturing and processing facilities, parking garages, warehouses, multi-use facilities, casinos, hospitals, schools, and high-rise buildings. Joe’s representation often begins before the project with contract drafting & negotiation and continues throughout the life of the project with ongoing claims management and team training, and, when necessary, includes prosecution and defense of claims on behalf of the contractor in mediation, litigation, and arbitration.
