Career
José Miguel Fatás jointed Uría Menéndez in 1998, having previously worked as the head of the Autonomous Community of Madrid’s legal department. Before that, he served as counsel for the State in the High Court of Madrid. He became a partner of Uría Menéndez in 2001.
He focuses his practice on all aspects of administrative law (public contracts, public infrastructure, infringement proceedings, telecommunications, pharmaceuticals, energy, data protection, etc.), civil and administrative litigation, as well as domestic and international arbitration proceedings.
