Career
Dr. Moreno is the founding partner of Altra Legal and considered a leading player in the field of international arbitration in the region. Dr. Moreno is an ICC, PCA, and CAS Court Member, as well as a member of several ICSID tribunals. He has published extensively in the Americas, Europe and Asia, and has lectured in the Hague Academy of International Law, the CIDS of Geneve, Heidelberg, Paris II and other institutions. He participated in codification efforts at UNCITRAL, UNIDROIT, the Hague Conference on Private International Law and the Organization of American States. He is the author of the Paraguayan Law on International Contracts.
