Department Overview

Altra Legal is the only Paraguayan law firm with a genuinely international dispute resolution practice. Our team members represent clients or act as arbitrators in several ICSID, Permanent Court of Arbitration, ICC, and CAS-TAS arbitration cases, as well as before the Paraguayan Chamber of Commerce Arbitration Centre (CAMP).

Our highly experienced team of professionals has handled the most significant arbitration cases in the country in recent years. We have successfully represented the interests of our clients in delicate matters arising from contractual breaches or wrongful acts.

In addition, our practice in litigation before Paraguayan Courts is also recognised for being strategic and efficient. Our litigation team is prepared to handle complex civil and commercial cases, representing foreign and national clients.
