Partner. He has broad experience in litigation involving industrial and intellectual property rights and in advising on contracts in that area. Jorge Llevat has participated in benchmark litigation proceedings in the fields of trademarks and patents, and in the field of information technology and technology transfer, leading some of the most important IT outsourcing transactions in the Spanish market.
He lectures in the Master in IT+IP at ESADE Business School and coordinates the module on industrial design since 2014. He was a visiting scholar at the Max-Planck-Institut für Innovation und Wettbewerb in Munich (Germany, 2015).
Member of the Barcelona and NY Bar Association, and of the main associations for industrial and intellectual property. He is an arbitrator at the Arbitration and Mediation Center of the World Intellectual Property Organization.
Author of many articles and publications on topics related to industrial and intellectual property rights as well as technology transfer, he regularly speaks at national and international forums on these issues.
