Jördis has specialised experience in debt capital markets products with a focus on asset-based structured finance, including, in particular, true sale and synthetic securitisation, warehouse financings (in particular, in the area of FinTech), structured covered bonds, high yield bonds, secured bank financings and other secured financing of various asset classes (including auto loans and leases, ships and aircraft).
Jördis joined Linklaters in 2012 and was elected Partner in 2025. Before joining Linklaters she was active as a freelance author for the German magazine Anwaltsblatt Karriere.
Jördis studied law at the University of Kiel and graduated from the Institute Catholique de Paris & Paris VIII in Paris.
She is a member of the German-French Lawyers Association (Deutsch-Französische Juristenvereinigung).
