Jonathan is Head of the Manchester Property team. He is recognised for his broad investment and development practice and in particular for his expertise in complex promotion agreements, site assembly and regeneration projects.
He has extensive experience in hotels, student accommodation and residential development (all of which are priority growth areas for the team). Clients include Whitbread (Premier Inn), Grantside, TM Real Estate, Kier, Vita Student and Stellar Asset Management.
He also has strong relationships with key NW regional clients such as Harworth Estates who are active in the logistics subsector (another one of our priority growth areas).
