Jonathan Liteplo works extensively in the area of energy and utilities regulation. As a leading practitioner, Jonathan represents participants in the electricity, oil and gas, water and wastewater, and mining industries in a broad range of matters before regulatory authorities and the courts. He has wide-ranging experience representing owners in obtaining tariff-related approvals, including performance based rate regulation and utility cost of capital, change of control approvals, and regulatory permitting for complex and controversial infrastructure projects.
