Jonathan is a partner in Lewis Silkin’s market leading employment group and head of the firm’s Oxford Office. His main areas of specialism include business transfers/outsourcing, restructuring, employment litigation/ADR and senior level exits. For many years Jonathan has been recognised as an expert in transfers of undertakings (TUPE). He writes for Lewis Silkin’s TUPE publications, edits the Sweet & Maxwell Transfer of Undertakings Bulletin and has lectured on TUPE at commercial conferences and for the Employment Lawyers Association. His clients include law firms, pharmaceutical manufacturers, leading retail brands, high profile sports organisations and a diverse array of financial services firms. As well as advising on all aspects of employment law, Jonathan carries out investigations for clients and has a growing interest and profile in sports related work. Jonathan is known for his pragmatic style and commercial acumen.
