Jon Goreham is a commercial real estate and finance lawyer with experience on a wide range of real estate and financing transactions and a focus on representing banks, life insurance companies and debt funds. Jon's lender clients turn to him to advise on core, structured and construction mortgage loan financings as well as mezzanine loans. Jon counsels his clients through the entire life cycle of each deal, from origination through maturity, including leveraging and secondary financings, loan modifications, workouts and deed-in-lieu transactions.
