John S. Prisco is a shareholder in Becker’s Construction Law & Litigation, Business Litigation, and Condo, Co-Op & HOA practices, specializing in complex civil litigation, appellate practice, and alternative dispute resolution, including mediation and arbitration, in New Jersey and New York.

Mr. Prisco is a Community Associations Institute (CAI) Advocacy Ambassador, Educated Business Partner, serves on the CAI-NJ Business Partner Committee and is a certified CAI-NJ mediator. Mr. Prisco is also an active member of the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM). Mr. Prisco frequently presents and writes on a broad range of community association topics and has presented at the CAI-NJ Expo and Convention, New Jersey Cooperator and IREM’s Tri-State Expo and Conference.
