John G. Day is a Director in Ashby & Geddes’ Intellectual Property group. His practice focuses on providing Delaware litigation counsel services for in-house attorneys and many of the nation’s leading intellectual property firms in patent and trademark disputes before the United States District Court for the District of Delaware, both on the plaintiff and defense side. Mr. Day’s IP practice includes a broad variety of technology, involving medical devices, pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, consumer electronics, computer hardware and software, telecommunications, and other technologies.
Mr. Day is serving or has served as Delaware counsel in many major patent cases, including the following representations: Idenix Pharmaceuticals LLC, et al. v. Gilead Sciences, Inc., C.A.
