Catherine A. Gaul

Catherine's practice is focused primarily in the Delaware Court of Chancery and involves the representation of corporations, directors, and stockholders, and their alternative-entity counterparts, in fiduciary duty litigation and statutory proceedings under Delaware law. She also litigates business-related matters in the Complex Commercial Litigation Division of the Delaware Superior Court, and has taken key roles on appeals to the Delaware Supreme Court.
