Provides legal counsel in sophisticated and complex commercial real estate, lending, corporate and other related business transactions. Commercial real estate industry experience includes: acquisition and disposition of office, industrial, and multi-family properties; representation of lenders and borrowers in commercial real estate loan transactions; representation of owners and developers in connection with construction projects and related agreements; and negotiation of investment partnership and LLC agreements. Corporate transaction experience consists of: acquisition and disposition of corporate businesses, whether via a stock or asset transaction; entity formation and governance; and asset-based corporate financing. Also has significant experience with bankruptcy-related acquisitions and dispositions, multi-state transactions, rendering legal opinions, and title and survey matters.
